With each tick of the metronome now, silently say to yourself: “I am here.” Tick… “I am present.” Tick… “I am safe.”

Enhance relaxation

Let this wave continue its journey—spreading warmth across your chest… easing any tightness in your abdomen… flowing down through both legs until it reaches the very tips of your toes. Your entire body feels loose, light, yet grounded—a perfect balance between stillness and ease.

Entering Self-Hypnosis

Now, let your awareness settle fully on the steady rhythm of the metronome—tick…tick…tick. Imagine that each sound is like a soft ripple in a calm pond, spreading outward and drawing you further into stillness. With every tick forward in time, feel yourself letting go of any lingering thoughts or distractions. Picture them dissolving like mist in the morning sun, leaving your mind clearer and more open with each passing moment.
