2.2 Language Availability

The App is available in fourteen languages:

  • Primary Language: English (professionally translated).
  • Additional Languages: Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Thai, Italian (machine translated).

Please note: Only the English version has been professionally translated. All other language versions are machine-translated and may contain inaccuracies.

2.3 Content Types

  • Free Content: Basic tests and mini-assessments for general self-evaluation.
  • Premium Content: Comprehensive spiritual personality assessments, in-depth analyses, and exclusive features.
  • Educational Materials: Articles, audio files and resources for spiritual and personal development.

2.4 Intended Use

This App is designed for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes. It provides a holistic approach to spirituality, psychology, and personal development but is not intended as a substitute for professional psychological or medical consultation.

4. PsycheBot Assistant

PsycheBot is an AI-powered virtual companion that provides psychological and spiritual support using advanced artificial intelligence technology. This feature is included with premium access.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Structure

  • Premium Bundle: $40.00 (one-time payment for all 17 premium tests and 90 mini-tests, PsycheBot access, premium articles and audios).
    Please Note:  this bundle does not include any 30-day guide.
  • Individual Test: $9.00 per test (unlimited access to selected test only).
  • Timed Premium Access (24 hours): $12.00 (temporary access to all premium content included in the Premium Bundle).

5.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.com.
  • Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes and fees.

5.3 Access Credentials

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique password that provides:

  • Unlimited access to purchased content within the App.
  • Access to corresponding content on The Spiritual Seek website (spiritualseek.com).

5.4 Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS OR FREE TRIALS ARE PROVIDED.

All sales are final. Please review test descriptions and features carefully before purchasing.

6. Timed Premium Access

6.1 24-Hour Access Details

  • Provides full access to all premium content for exactly 24 hours.
  • Activation begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • Access expires automatically after 24 hours.
  • Important: This feature only works on the device where the App is properly installed and payment was processed.

6.2 Limitations

  • Cannot be transferred between devices.
  • No extensions or refunds available.
  • Requires active internet connection for verification.

7. 30-Day Guides

7.1 Karmic Awareness Challenge

Our intensive course on karma features interactive tools, such as visualizations and affirmations, as well as short meditation exercises. This online guide leads users on a 30-day journey of introspection and self-discovery.

7.2 Radical Awakening Guide

Designed for deep introspection and spiritual liberation, this guide is the ultimate resource. It includes daily practices and reflective prompts, along with a system for tracking one’s progress toward inner clarity.

7.3 Purchase Details

  • Price: $10.00 each.
  • Bundle Discount: $30 instead of $40 if purchased as a bundle.
  • Format: Online text and visual content with accessibility features.
  • Upon successful payment, the customer will get a password to unlock the content.
  • Guides can be accessed and consulted as many times as desired, even after the 30-day completion period has ended.

8. User Obligations and Restrictions

8.1 Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Educational and self-development purposes.
  • Single-user access per account.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App.
  • Share account credentials or passwords with others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Distribute or republish test content or results.

8.3 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Referral Program (Friend Code and Vouchers)

9.1 Qualification Requirements

  • Friend codes must be used by at least 20 different paying users.
  • Each user must use their own device and App installation.
  • Users must complete at least one paid test using the friend code.

9.2 Voucher Distribution

  • Vouchers are not automatically generated.
  • All vouchers require manual verification by our staff.
  • Contact support if you believe you qualify but haven’t received your voucher.
  • Processing may take 7-14 business days.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Ownership

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Test questions and methodologies,
  • Result interpretations and analyses,
  • Software code and algorithms,
  • Graphics, text, and multimedia content,

is exclusively owned by The Spiritual Seek and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. This license does not include any rights to:

  • Copy or distribute content,
  • Create derivative works,
  • Use content outside the App environment,

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Service Availability

The App and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11.2 Test Results Disclaimer

  • Test results are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only,
  • Results are not scientifically validated psychological assessments,
  • NOT A SUBSTITUTE for professional psychological, medical, or psychiatric consultation,
  • Individual results may vary and should not be used for medical or psychological diagnosis,

11.3 Technical Disclaimers

The Spiritual Seek does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service,
  • Complete security of data transmission,
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems,
  • Accuracy of machine-translated content,

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Scope of Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Spiritual Seek shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities,
  • Personal injury or emotional distress arising from App use,
  • Decisions made based on test results,

12.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Email addresses and user-selected nicknames,
  • Device information and usage statistics,
  • Test responses and results (stored locally on your device),
  • IP addresses and technical data for service improvement,

  • Analyze usage patterns for App enhancement,

13.3 Data Rights
