1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Spiritual Personality Tests application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

  • Languages: The app is available in several languages, but only the English version is human translated; the other languages are machine translated
    (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Thai, Italian).
  • The App provides access to a variety of spiritual and psychological self-evaluation tests and quizzes.
  • These include both free-and-premium mini-tests and unique, in-depth -premium only- spiritual personality assessments.
  • The mini-tests are designed to be quick and easy to use, and are for self-assessment purposes.
  • The App is intended for spiritual growth and self-discovery. It’s purpose is to provide a holistic approach to spirituality, psychology and personal growth.

4. PsycheBot Assistant

This is a virtual companion born out of the most advanced technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence and virtual psychological / spiritual support.

5. Purchase and Payment

  • Full Unique Tests, plus access to PsycheBot and in-depth articles, can be purchased via a one-time payment of $44.00.
  • Upon payment of the purchase price, you gain permanent and unlimited access to all content within the App.
  • The cost for a single test is $9.00. If you purchase a single test, you will have unlimited access to that test only, but you will still be allowed to buy other single tests or the 16-test bundle.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe.com and are subject to its terms and conditions.
  • Upon successful payment, the purchaser will be given the password to unlock full unique tests.
  • This password can also be used on the The Spiritual Seek official website.
  • There is no refund policy and no free trials offered.

6. Use of the App

  • The App’s content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • In case you lose your password, please contact Support at the following email address: info@spiritualseek.com.

7. Friend Code and Voucher:

  • To qualify for a voucher, the friend code must be entered by at least 20 paying users, using their own device and app installation, when taking one or more of our tests.
  • The voucher is not emailed automatically, but only after human verification; for this reason, please contact the staff if you believe you are entitled to receive a voucher but have not yet received it.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Spiritual Seek and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • The content of the mini-tests and the premium tests, as well as the unique explanations accompanying the tests, are proprietary to the App and may not be used outside of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • The results of the tests are indicative and not a substitute for professional psychological consultation.
  • The Spiritual Seek does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • The Spiritual Seek makes no claims about the accuracy or suitability of the tests for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spiritual Seek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
  • The total liability of The Spiritual Seek to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you to purchase the App.

11. Privacy

  • The collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by the App’s Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information collected may include your email address, nickname, and usage data.
  • Your data may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your jurisdiction.
  • You may request to delete your personal data, but The Spiritual Seek may need to retain certain information for legal reasons.
  • The App does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

12. Links to Other Websites

  • The App may contain links to third-party websites; The Spiritual Seek is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Spiritual Seek may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you by posting the updated policy in the App and/or via email.
  • Your continued use of the App following any changes means that you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.

15. Google Play Store / Apple App Store Terms

  • Your use of the application is subject to the Google Play Store Terms and Conditions if you are using the Android version, or the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions if you are using the iOS version.

16. Other Considerations

  • This App is a service of The Spiritual Seek – Personality Tests, Milano (Italy).
  • The App Spiritual Personality Tests can be found on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • The App may collect Usage Data automatically, such as your device’s IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
  • The App may use your Personal Data to contact you via email.
  • The Spiritual Seek may use your information for business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.
  • The Spiritual Seek may be required to disclose your Personal Data under law or by law enforcement.
  • The security of your data is important to The Spiritual Seek, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
  • The last updated date of these terms and conditions is March 24, 2025.
